Established in 2002, PT SOLUSI REKATAMA MAKMUR was appointed as an Authorized Distributor of GRACO Fluid Handling Equipment to serve various industries and application in Indonesia. Supported by dedicated and committed team, our goals are providing solution to costumers needs with: quality product, quality and prompt service, deliver the product on timely basis, product and application trainings. We have gained customers support and have been appointed as their approved suppliers/vendors respectively. With continuous support from our world class principals, we also get strong engineering support from one of world best designer and engineer from Japan for Paint Circulation System to train and work hand in hand with companies engineering team, we then expand our business and services into design, installation, commissioning of Paint Circulation System, Sealant and Adhesive System, Lubrication System and other besides sales and service.

We are looking for talented individuals to fill this following position: 

1.       Sales Manager :

• Male / Female, S1 in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering / Architecture, min GPA 3,0
• 3 years experience in same position, preferred in decorative paint, paint supplier or architecture.
• Good communication skill, interpersonal skill.
• Proactive, result oriented, hard working, self motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Able to speak and write in English, and Japanese is an advantage.
• Good computer skill: MS Office. Driving license SIM A
• Good communication & negotiation skill
• To be located in Jakarta

2.       Project Manager

• Male, S1, in Mechanical/ automotive/Mechatronic Engineering, min GPA, 3,0
• 5 years experience in the automotive industries projects,
• Able to manage projects, control project budgets and understand the project administration
• Good Computer Skill, Ms Office, Ms Word, Ms Excel, AutoCAD in advance level
• Good Communication skill, Able to speak and write in English  and Japanese  is an advantage
• Able to work in a team and individual, proactive and able to work under pressure
• To be located in Cibitung, Jakarta or project site

3.       Secretary :

• Female, age below 30. Min D3, in secretary, min GPA 3,0,  Report to director
• Good communication skill
• Min 2 year experience with good track record
• Good computer skill; Ms. Office.
• Able to speak and write in English  and Japanese is an advantage
• To be located in Cibitung

4.       Sales Engineer :

• Male / Female, Preferable age below 30. S1, in Automotive / Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering, min GPA 3,0
• Good communication skill, interpersonal skill. preferred 2 years experience with good sales track record, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Proactive, result oriented, hard working, self motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Able to speak and write in English, and Japanese is an advantage.
• Good computer skill: MS Office. Driving license SIM A / SIM C
• Good communication & negotiation skill
• To be located in Jakarta & Cibitung.

5.       Engineering Staff :

• Male, min. D3/S1, (Automotive / Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electrical), min GPA 3, 0, Graduated with good average score. Preferable age below 30.
• Able to speak and write in English, and Japanese is an advantage.
• AutoCAD advance level, MS Office. Understand Mechatronics and QMS.
• Able to work in a team and individual, proactive and able to work under pressure.
• To be located in Cibitung.

6.       Project Engineer

• Male, min. D3/S1, (Automotive / Machine / Mechatronic / Electrical), min GPA 3, 0, Graduated with good average score. Preferable age below 30.
• Min 3 years experience in Handling project
• Good Computer Skill, Ms Office, Ms Word, Ms Excel, AutoCAD advance level
• Good Communication skill, Able to speak and write in English  and Japanese  is an advantage
• Able to work in a team and individual, proactive and able to work under pressure
• To be located in Cibitung, Jakarta or project site

7.       Inventory Control Procurement & Pricing:

• Male / Female, Min.D3 / S1 with Min. GPA 3, 0, in Engineering. Preferable age below 30.
• Proactive, accurate, hard working, self motivated, discipline, and able to work under pressure.
• Good computer skill; MS Office, AutoCAD 2D, current windows applications.
• Able to read technical drawing. Good communication & negotiation skill. Fluent English
• To be located in Cibitung.

8.       Technical Service :

• Male, preferable D3 min. (Automotive / Machine / Mechatronic / Electrical), min GPA 3, 0, Graduate with good average score. Preferable age below 30.
• Able to speak and read in English (min passive).
• Proactive, hard working, hands on, result oriented.
• Driving license SIM A / SIM C.
• To be located in Cibitung.

9.       Network & Support System :

• S1 with Min. GPA 3.0 in IT / SI Computer.
• Preferable with 2 year experience in IT, Fresh Graduate is welcome.
• Able to speak / write English.
• Proactive, hard working, highly motivated, hands on, result oriented, responsive to IT development. Have good knowledge for web design, programming language & troubleshooting of hardware, software and networking.
• To be located in Cibitung.
